Ricky Nolasco(8-6) got credit for the victory, pitching 5 innings and allowing 6 runs. Kevin Correia(2-9) ended up with the loss. He allowed 3 homeruns in 2 and 2/3 innings of work. This win by Pittsburgh continues their recent hot streak. In their last ten games, they have a record of 8-2. For the season, they are a division leading 84-56. Not able to get much going in recent weeks, Milwaukee is 2-8 of late and now has an overall record of 44-96.
